Chapter 288: Visiting the Burrow

During Christmas, Gloria went to Malfoy Manor first, and the dinner at the Burrow was scheduled for two days later.

The dinner at Malfoy Manor had just ended when Grindelwald arrived.

After not seeing him for half a year, his aura became sharper and he looked younger than before.

The first thing Gloria said was, "When exactly will the curse be lifted from Albus?"

Gloria looked suspicious. "Didn't I tell you that it would be near the end of the school year?"

"Albus won't be there forever. They won't be able to find me." Grindelwald said firmly, "Besides, I'm moving this year."

"You decide these for yourself." Gloria said, "I chose the end of the school year for my own reasons. Headmaster Dumbledore doesn't need to show up too often at school, but he can't be absent for too long, which would cause panic in the school. So I arranged for him to rest during the summer vacation, when he needs it most."

"I understand." Gloria said with a little emotion: "I miss my parents sometimes, but at least I have the portraits they left behind. Harry's parents died too young to have the concept of leaving portraits."

Just like her father was less than 20 years old at the time, and it was her mother's suggestion that his portrait be left behind.

Harry's parents died in their twenties, just a few years after graduation, too young.

"Maybe." Tonks said lightly.

She stared at Tonks, who felt guilty and said quickly, "I'll go help Mrs. Weasley."

Ginny found her reaction strange and asked, "What's wrong with her?"

"I don't know." Gloria didn't intend to reveal Tonks' true feelings. "I always feel like she is hiding something from me."

Ginny's mind was on the tense situation at hand, "Maybe the pressure is too great."

Gloria took the opportunity to change the subject, "How are you and your boyfriend?"

Ginny is very beautiful and popular. The little girl who once followed Harry crazily has become cool and confident.

Speaking of her boyfriend, Ginny said angrily, "Usually, Dean treats me like a fragile object, and I don't like that attitude."

She is not a fragile person at all and does not need to be treated like this.

Gloria raised her eyebrows. It seemed that this relationship would not last long, and the person Ginny really liked was still Harry. In this case, Dean would be dumped sooner or later.

At this point she had to continue to change the subject, "Hermione's boyfriend went to visit her home, I don't know how the situation is."

She once accompanied Hermione to mail letters.

Ginny's tone was no longer as excited as before, and she said calmly, "Don't worry, there are many girls in the school who like Harry. We all hope that Slughorn can invite us to the party he is organizing."

Sirius immediately patted Harry on the shoulder and said, "I have to say, you are much better than your father in this respect."

Lupin smiled softly, "He's like your godfather in that respect. A lot of girls would pay attention to him back then."

Sirius leaned back in his chair, his body tilted back so that only the two legs of the chair were touching the ground. "But unfortunately, my heart only desires adventure and freedom."

Seeing the actions Sirius often did during his school days, Lupin's eyes showed a hint of nostalgia.
