Tian Ke rode up to Xia Yichen's side, but before he could speak, An Yi chopped him unconscious with a chop to the neck. An Yi then lifted Tian Ke off the horse and pressed his pressure point to put him to sleep, muttering, "There will be a surprise when you wake up."
Wen Yuxia stored Tian Ke, the soldiers, and Tian Ke's mount in her spatial storage, leaving An Yi and the others to return to the military camp. Xia Yichen led Wen Yuxia and Nan San and the others, galloping towards Wei County.
In Wei County, after vigorous activity with his mistress Hongmei, Liu Zhigang fell into a deep sleep. Nan San and Nan Si easily entered the room, wrapped Liu Zhigang in a quilt, and carried him back to the county government office.

Liu Zhigang picked up a piece of paper and looked at it. It contained letters between him and the leader of the Five Tiger Stronghold, letters between him and Xia Yanheng, and account books showing his collusion with unscrupulous merchants over the years.
Liu Zhigang collapsed to the ground, his eyes glazed over: "It's over."
After imprisoning Liu Zhigang, Xia Yichen ordered Wen Yuxia to collect all the gold, silver, jewelry, and other valuables that Liu Zhigang had hidden in Hongmei's outer room.
He then ordered the county magistrate's secretary to temporarily assume the position, instructing him to purge all the corrupt officials and abusive constables from the county government.
After dealing with Liu Zhigang, Xia Yichen and his group, accompanied by the advisor, arrived at the entrance to Jiulian Mountain. Following Xia Yichen's instructions, the advisor removed the checkpoints and recalled all the spies stationed in Zhaoxia Town.

To protect her, Xia Yichen specifically instructed her not to stay at Five Tiger Stronghold as an inside agent, but to go down the mountain later to meet up with Nan San and the others.
